Queen City women, welcome to Pole Play. You now have the opportunity to get in great shape, feel confident and look sexy by using a stripper's pole as a workout apparatus.

Pole Play Dance Studio is designed to emit a warm, fuzzy feel; a kind, non-judgmental atmosphere; and make women feel welcome, comfortable, and at home.

  • Pole dancing is a total body workout, uniting stretching techniques, strength training and fat burning cardio vascular exercise.
  • There is absolutely NO NUDITY involved.
  • Classes are appropriate for any fitness level, age, body shape or size.
  • Pole Play Fitness Studio offers 5 poles to intensify your workout time for the full hour. Class size is limited to 10-15 students.
  • Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes are offered.
  • Ask about how you can book a private party for you and your friends in the privacy of my studio. Pole Play offers parties for bachelorettes, divorcees, birthday girls, bosses, holidays, corporate events, or just girl’s night out fun.
  • Pole Play has the only workout that is hot for your body and your love life!

New Pole Play Classes:

BURLESQUE DANCE :This hot, Pussy Cat Doll style of dance incorporates muscle toning and cardiovascular endurance into a sexy new workout. Ladies will learn a choreographed dance routine that’s challenging, but easy enough for women of any age, shape or size to learn! So surprise him with something you can’t buy in a store.

CARDIO HOOP DANCE : Using a hula hoop as a dance prop, this intense cardiovascular exercise is flirty, fun, and makes you feel like a child again. Adult sized, weighted hula hoops provided by Pole Play. This class is open to men and children 13 and up, so moms bring your daughters for a fun workout!

CARDIO CHEER DANCE : Cheerleading is not just for cheerleaders anymore! In this class ladies will learn a cheer dance that involves cardiovascular stamina and a seductive, choreographed cheer dance. Guys love cheerleaders, so you can perform this cheer dance at home for that special someone. We provide the pom-poms, you provide the attitude, so “bring it!”

Hi Chelsea! The workshop on Friday was a lot of fun! I can't tell you how much I’m enjoying the classes, and it doesn't even matter that I don't know what I’m doing! I laugh and feel girly and relaxed... and if I come out of this with a greater self-confidence it doesn't even matter to me if I master the spins!! Although, it does matter, which is why I’m going to persevere! Anyway, I’m happy that there is a class out there that is just for me! It’s one of the few kinds of gym classes that I’ve ever signed up for where I didn't feel inferior or feel like I didn't belong! Thanks to you!

Hey there Chels! I had to email you and tell you how much fun I had last night. I was so nervous on my way to the studio and when I left I couldn't take the smile off of my face. You are an incredibly talented instructor! I think my mouth was hanging open when you were doing your routine. It was AWESOME!!! I can't wait until next week.

The other thing that I wanted to say was that I'm really proud of you. You have created a place where people can experience something outside their comfort zone and make it a comfort. You were so kind, gentle, clear, understanding and loving during the whole experience. Thank you for that. You are an inspiration.
