This class is a great muscle toning, cardio vascular workout that teaches you how to dance choreography to one of three sexy chair dance routines (routines get rotated every session):

1. A sassy dance to Sonny Lester, Bumps & Grinds
2. A classy striptease to Prince, Satisfied
3. A steamy striptease to Tito and the Tarantulas, After Dark

This is an 8 week course. During the first 4 weeks we will learn the choreography in small chunks, reviewing the previous week’s lesson and adding on more each week. Over the last 4 weeks we will drill, drill, drill until the choreography is embedded into your muscle memory and you can focus facial expressions and performance techniques. You will be coached through the practice until the routine looks polished and you feel comfortable and confident dancing it. We then focus on performing the routine as a group for the optional recital at the end of the session.

You will need to bring a scarf to class for practice along with a bra and panty (to be worn OVER our workout attire for the striptease). High Heels are optional. At the recital we switch the scarf for a boa and coordinate to all wear black and hot pink workout attire for the performance.

Length:  1 hour, once a week
Duration: 8 weeks

Hi Chelsea! The workshop on Friday was a lot of fun! I can't tell you how much I’m enjoying the classes, and it doesn't even matter that I don't know what I’m doing! I laugh and feel girly and relaxed... and if I come out of this with a greater self-confidence it doesn't even matter to me if I master the spins!! Although, it does matter, which is why I’m going to persevere! Anyway, I’m happy that there is a class out there that is just for me! It’s one of the few kinds of gym classes that I’ve ever signed up for where I didn't feel inferior or feel like I didn't belong! Thanks to you!
