Summer Session

June 30 - August 29

Beginner: Level One – Level Two
This class will familiarize you with your new workout apparatus, the brass pole. You will learn beginner pole work, dance moves, floor work, as well as strength building exercises necessary to hold your body weight on the pole. In Level 2 we focus on body awareness and muscle development while learning new pole/dance/floor/strength techniques. The session ends with an original choreographed routine.
Course Duration: 8 weeks - 1 hour class, once a week
Offered:
 Monday from 7:00 - 8:00pm , Tuesday 7:00 - 8:00pm , Thursday from 6:00 - 7:00pm
  (You pick which day works best for you. That remains your day for the whole session.)
Cost: $150
Advancement: Mastery of Levels 1 & 2 advised before advancing to Intermediate classes.


Intermediate: Level Three – Level Four
You should be feeling more confident with your pole dancing skills. In Level 3 you will learn new, challenging pole/dance/floor maneuvers. Flexibility and strength training is a major focus, as tricks become more arduous. In Level 4 wel continue to concentrate on strength and flexibility enhancement. You will learn fresh moves and begin a more intense cardiovascular workout through dance. The Intermediate choreographed routine becomes more complex at this stage.
Course Duration: 8 weeks total - 1 hour class, once a week

Monday 8:00 - 9:00pm
Cost: $150
Advancement: Mastery of Level 3 & 4 advised before moving to Advanced classes.


Advanced: Level Five –Level Six
By Level 5 you should feel sexy, sultry, and empowered. You will learn more intricate pole tricks and dance moves, all involving the strength and flexibility you have acquired. Although we focus on the workout, your pole dancing will become more fluid, graceful and artful as we focus on form and transitions during the dance. Once you have mastered the more trying pole work, you will become skilled at some of the most difficult pole tricks imaginable. We will concentrate on innovative moves as you challenge your strength, flexibility and endurance. Learn your most sophisticated choreographed routine ever. Once you’ve reached the pinnacle…you become queen of the pole!
Course Duration: 8 weeks total - 1 hour class, once a week

Tuesday 8:00-9:00pm
Cost: $150

Advancement: Mastery of Level 5 & 6 advised before moving to Pole Queen.


BURLESQUE DANCE
Course Duration: 8 weeks total - 1 hour class, once a week
Offered:
   Wednesday 6:00-7:00pm
Cost: $150

CHEER DANCE:
Course Duration: 8 weeks total - 1 hour class, once a week
Offered:
   Monday 8:00-9:00pm
Cost: $150

HOOP DANCE:
Course Duration: 8 weeks total - 1 hour class, once a week
Offered:
   Tuesday 6:00-7:00pm
Cost: $150
Location: Brounshidle Post 3354 Delaware Avenue in Kenmore

 ** This class ONLY is at a different location in order to provide adequate room for hooping.




Hi Chelsea! The workshop on Friday was a lot of fun! I can't tell you how much I’m enjoying the classes, and it doesn't even matter that I don't know what I’m doing! I laugh and feel girly and relaxed... and if I come out of this with a greater self-confidence it doesn't even matter to me if I master the spins!! Although, it does matter, which is why I’m going to persevere! Anyway, I’m happy that there is a class out there that is just for me! It’s one of the few kinds of gym classes that I’ve ever signed up for where I didn't feel inferior or feel like I didn't belong! Thanks to you!

Hey there Chels! I had to email you and tell you how much fun I had last night. I was so nervous on my way to the studio and when I left I couldn't take the smile off of my face. You are an incredibly talented instructor! I think my mouth was hanging open when you were doing your routine. It was AWESOME!!! I can't wait until next week.

The other thing that I wanted to say was that I'm really proud of you. You have created a place where people can experience something outside their comfort zone and make it a comfort. You were so kind, gentle, clear, understanding and loving during the whole experience. Thank you for that. You are an inspiration.
